A new Senior team manager has been sanctioned at a meeting on Thursday 7th Jan. Former Down All-Ireland winning captain DJ Kane has been entrusted with the job of Senior team manager for the forthcoming season. DJ spent some time with the Club in the 1998 season as senior team trainer and recently was a selector with the Down Senior team under the managership of Ross Carr. As a backroom team DJ will have with him Kieran Traynor, Martin Rice, Fr. Peter McParland, Ciaran Gormley & Paddy James McGivern.
